Reunion 2024

The annual reunion returns this year on Saturday 22nd June 2024.  Our hosts, as usual, will be the Shrewsbury Town Football Club hospitality team at  Croud Meadow.

A full programme will be available at the reunion, but a condensed version is as follows:

1000 hrs:                  Shuttle service available from Frankwell car park

1100 hrs:                    Bar and food stalls open.

1230 hrs:                   Families lunch in the Sovereign Suite

1400 hrs:                  Buglers sound “Half Hour Dress”

1415 hrs:                    Buglers sound “Quarter Hour Dress”

1430 hrs:                  Fall in for Veteran’s Parade

1530 hrs:                  Entertainment in the marquee:

                                      Bugle Concert

                                      County Songs

                                      The Ronnie Singers (TBC)

1700 hrs:                   Shuttle service begins.

1800 hrs:                  Bar Closes

Due to the lack of response in previous years and the increase in costs it has been decided that, as last year, we will not be holding a Dinner.

 

The Rifles Band and Bugles both Regular and Reserve have been requested to hopefully support this year’s reunion.

​

Admission and Families Lunch tickets can be purchased using the application form below.

Draw tickets, can also be purchased through the Reunion Draw 2024 tab on the website using the BACS system, by emailing Shirley Gallaway (Promotor) at:  li.riflesassndraw@aol.com .  Draw Tickets will also be available to buy at the reunion until 1330 hrs on the day. The Draw will take place during the Parade with the Winners being announced shortly after the Parade.

May I take this opportunity to remind you all that only food and drink purchased at the reunion marquee may be consumed at the reunion. Please do not bring your own.
